A highly refined solvent blend for all spot cleaning jobs. The patented formula is safer to use than other chlorinated solvent blends. It has a high T.L.V. (Threshold Limit Value) of over 250 PPM. In addition, Universal Premium Cleaning Fluid offers excellent solvency, very low odor and is fast drying. It will not leave a residue on any fabrics. Does not contain any class 1 ozone depleting substances or any chemical which require cancer warnings.
