We want to make sure your return experience is as smooth as possible! To ensure your return is processed correctly, please obtain a Return Authorization Number. Just fill out the Request a Return form on the right with all necessary details. Once Universal Sewing Supply processes your return, you'll receive an email outlining the next steps. This email will include your Return Authorization Number, which is necessary for returning any items (whether broken, defective, damaged, overshipment, repair, or due to an ordering error). Please note, we kindly ask that you do not send any merchandise C.O.D. as we won't be able to accept these shipments.
