Vac-Pac Chain & Waste Removal Packages

TBV-1000S includes:
  • TBV-400: 1-1/2" Chain & waste vacuum assembly
  • TBV-190: Waste bag unit, 12 gallon capacity
  • MSB150: 1-1/2" Muffler

  • Vacuum assembly for Chain, Waste & Lint or Waste & Lint only applications. For fabric waste up to 1-1/4" (32mm) wide. Can be used on machines without a chain cutter or with any type of chain cutter.
  • Treadle switch activates compressed air for waste removal only while the machine is sewing. Can be used with any clutch or electronic motor. #16101 (TBV110LT) includes additional heel action valve to activate a pneumatic foot lift mechanism.
  • Waste bag unit #16103 has 12 gallon container, mounts underneath table.
  • Muffler reduces sound level up to 50%.

Note: Waste removal units do not include treadle rod air switches or funnels. Must be ordered separately.

Templex Chain & Waste Removers

TBV-400: Dual chain and waste removal vacuum assembly. Designed to remove edge trimming waste and lint in addition to removal of cut chain threads from chain cutter assemblies. Operates best at 80 p.s.i. Diameter is 1-1/2".

TBV-125: Multi-purpose waste removal vacuum assembly that can be installed on most any sewing machine. Operates best at 80 p.s.i. and can be adapted to overlock, single needle lockstitch, etc. Hose diameter is 1-1/2".

TBV-200: Used for all chain cutters regardless of manufacturer. Amount of vacuum can be regulated for the type of thread and material used. All metal construction. Assembly operates best at 80 p.s.i. and comes complete with needle valve for vacuum adjustment, 38" of suction hose, 2' of discharge hose, and mounting hardware. Use with a Lite-Touch treadle rod air switch.

Waste Collection

TBV-180: Table-mount waste bag unit - This waste collection unit has a narrow profile (7-3/4" wide), attaches directly to either end of the table top, and has a 20 gallon capacity. It features a tool tray for storing scissors, snips, tweezers, etc. Has a 3-1/4" diameter spring loaded door for disposal of other work area trash.

TBV-190: Under-table mount waste collection unit - Collects trimmed waste and cut chain. Versatile unit features a 3/4" and 1-1/2" vacuum port for use with either waste, chain collection or both. 12 gallon capacity.
