One (1) cubic inch of volume equals approximately 2 seconds delay. Use clean air and constant pressure for best results. Actuation of this operator is delayed until pilot pressure reaches 35 ± 5 p.s.i. and then 'snaps' forward to actuate push button valve or electric switch. Remains shifted until pilot pressure is exhausted. Primarily used for time delay circuits or other slow building pilot pressure applications. Adapts to any TAC push button valve or electric switch. Optimum cycle life obtained at 40-65 p.s.i., 125 p.s.i. maximum. |
