RESIN-OFF, a powder cleaner, is used to remove adhesive residue from operating surfaces of irons and interlining fusing machines. When used on a regular basis, RESIN-OFF acts as a release agent, reducing further sticking to operating surfaces and preserves PTFE-coated belts and plates. RESIN-OFF contains a highly viscous silicone, thereby improving mold release. RESIN-OFF contains no solvents or poisonous chemicals while melting (60°C/140°F), therefore no poisonous gasses are released. RESIN-OFF does not damage machine surfaces or materials being fused. RESIN-OFF is easy to use - Sprinkle powder evenly onto heated PTFE belt while it is running. Allow time for powder to melt and spread over both belts, permitting penetration of adhesive residue. While belts are wet, wipe off residue and excess RESIN OFF from both belts with a clean cloth. Packed 12 per case.
